SPECIAL EFFECTS ONLY PACKAGES

Black Tie Events takes great pride in providing a range of special effects to enhance your function. We are fully accredited and trained in the safe use of all cold pyrotechnics.

Please ensure that your venue gives prior approval.

Special Effects Only Package 1

Perhaps you have booked another form of entertainment that does not offer additional effects? Do not despair, Black Tie Events can still contribute to making your reception just that little bit different. Our Special Effects Only package allows your Bridal Waltz to be a memorable photographic moment.

Included in the package:

	One Black Tie Events Australia Technician for the operation of the dry ice machine and rose petal cannons. Maximum attendance time included is 2 hours. For attendance over 2 hours please refer to Quality Services. The Compere will co-ordinate with the band and photographer(s) for maximum effect.
	Dry Ice – As you make your way onto the dance floor for your Bridal Waltz, dry ice is filtered out at ground level. This effect usually lasts for approximately 4 min. satisfying the length of the normal song. With this package we supply 4 x 2.5kg blocks of dry ice.
	Rose Petal Cannons- at a stage during the bridal waltz, two cannons filled with specially prepared filler, including real rose petals, will explode and shower the Bride and Groom on the dance floor. You even have a choice in complimentary extra additives for the cannons, for example, snowflakes or glitter (subject to the venue's approval).
	Special FX Light - As most bands / duos etc do not provide lighting, we will supply one Special FX light. This will be shone at floor level for the duration of the Bridal Waltz to enhance the appearance and effect of the dry ice. Please note that there is no price reduction if the lighting is not required.

Important - Your venue must approve of the use of these special effects. It is your responsibility to check before you book. It is suggested that the Bridal Waltz be done after entrée, forming a short music bracket between courses. This has proven to the best time for Special Effects affording a controlled situation and the full attention of your guests. On completion we are able to clear the dance floor and prevent the spread of petals / flutter etc throughout the venue. Sometimes dry ice can form a thin film, especially on highly polished surfaces and it is important that we are able to prepare the area for the next set of dancing.

Due to the high cost of insurance we are no longer able to offer the use of pyrotechnics, therefore this previously advertised package is not available. We do apologise for any inconvenience.
